Refund policy

 

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. *

To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be exactly as received.

  2. The product must have been handled with normal care — any damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  3. Products related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping or handling costs.

  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.


How to return your order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to help.lilyleeds@gmail.com

  2. Make sure your email includes the following:

    • Order number (#1234)

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • Customer’s full name

    • Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide the return address.
You can also find the return address at the bottom of this page.

⚠️ Never send your return to the sender’s address.
We will provide the correct return address after you contact us.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided that they are natural persons acting for purposes not primarily related to their trade or profession.

Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the last item from your order.

Because we operate a fully automated order system, most orders are processed within 24 hours after placement.
After 24 hours, it is no longer possible to interrupt the shipping process — therefore, refunds are not possible after this period.
If you notify us within 24 hours via email that you wish to cancel your order, we will cancel it and refund the payment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lily-Leeds) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement via a clear written statement (for example, by email).
The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.


Items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)

  • Hygiene or sanitary products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health products


Orders already in transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control.
If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you receive the goods, then return them to us.
Of course, you may still inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation once you have dispatched your return.


Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option than our standard shipping).
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.


Responsibility for Return Costs

The customer is always responsible for all costs related to the return shipment.

All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Polen.
