Shipping, Processing, and Order Deadlines

  • The order deadline is 17:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

  • The order processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • As a rule, shipments are on the road for 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China to the customer.

Shipping Cost: Free shipping (within the UK)

Shipping methods: Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.

Cancellation of the Order

We work with a fully automated system—orders are immediately fulfilled as soon as they are placed.
Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order has been submitted.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or refunded.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order.
While creating an account is not required, it makes it easier to track the package.

Change of Address / Phone

If you want to change the phone number or address provided when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the information.
In this case, you can request the return and place the order again.


Order Cannot Be Tracked

If you have a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.

Please allow 1–4 business days for your tracking information to appear.
In rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order.

Please contact us for the estimated delivery time.
